Reflexology is the gentle application of pressure to the feet and hands to encourage natural healing, and relieve stress and tension. It is also used to improve general health and wellbeing

Reflexology treatment is based on the principle that certain areas of the feet (reflexes) are linked to areas of the body through the nervous system. The aim of a reflexology session is to stimulate energy flow and send signals around the body - targeting specific areas of pain and tension

Reena is a fully qualified reflexologist, who trained at The London School of Reflexology achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. She is also qualified in Pre-conception & Pregnancy Reflexology. London School of Reflexology is accredited by the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), the largest awarding body in the country

Remember that reflexology is a complementary therapy and should therefore be used in conjunction with professional medical care if needed. A doctor should be consulted if you are experiencing medical issues

A Reflexologist cannot diagnose a disorder or prescribe medication

what to expect in a session

Reflexology is suitable for all ages. Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A detailed consultation will be taken in the first appointment and the session will last approximately 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions will be one hour in total. Depending on your needs and expectations, a treatment plan will be advised. The treatment itself will require you to remove all footwear, and sit back and relax. Relevant aftercare advice will be given on completion of the treatment
