Beginners Facial Self-Love Course

Exactly the same way we need to exercise our body, our facial muscles also need to be exercised in order to stay toned and age well naturally. Reena's 5 week Beginners Facial Selfcare course will teach you effective techniques that can easily be applied at home and also the logic behind lifting each muscle. Learn to understand your face in its most natural form.

All classes are taught over a 45 minute Zoom session. Techniques which will be taught include:

  • Facial Massage

  • Gua Sha

  • Facial Reflexology

  • Face Yoga

Once you have completed the 5 week Beginners course, you are able to take part in Phase 2 which really takes the learnings to the next level. Continue your Facial Selfcare Journey through more challenging and activating techniques.
